Company-owned power plants in Pangkalan Bun with production capacity of 2×7 MW started operations.
Started its own coal production from one of its subsidiaries coal mine.
Completed IDR 2.3 trillion Rights Issue II in January.
Recorded the highest coal sales throughout the Company’s history for two consecutive years, at 1.7 million tons in 2015 and 4.1 million tons in 2016 respectively.
The Company’s subsidiary – PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk. listed its shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange on 13 December with the ticker symbol ‘DWGL’.
Signed a spot contract as a coal supplier at PT PLN Batubara.
Started a cooperation with Bureau Coal as coal supplier.
Divested the ownership of shares in subsidiary PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk. to Hawthorn-Capital Investment Pte. Ltd.
