Company Overview

The Company commenced its business operations on 13 September 1999 under the name PT Central Korporindo International. On 21 November 2001, the Company officially listed its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now the Indonesia Stock Exchange) under the ticker code “CNKO.” As part of adjustments to its business strategy and corporate identity, in 2010, the Company changed its name to PT Exploitasi Energi Indonesia Tbk. In 2024, the Company’s ownership structure changed with the entry of Anderson Bay Pte. Ltd. as the controlling
shareholder.

The Company holds a Coal Sale and Purchase Agreement (PJBB) with PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) and its subsidiaries, which has been in place since 2006. Currently, CNKO serves as a coal supplier to seven PLN-owned coal-fired power plants (PLTU) located on the island of Java. In addition to coal trading activities, the Company also owns and operates a PLTU located in Central Kalimantan.

In 2025, the Company maintained a clear direction by focusing on fulfilling its contractual obligations to clients, attempting to improve power plant performance as well as implementing various efficiency measures. Through this approach, the Company successfully recorded a surge in profit for the current year. This achievement reflects the Company’s commitment to maintaining sustainable business performance while strengthening the foundation for more stable growth in the future.
