Sustainability Governance

CNKO’s sustainability governance is carried out through coordination among the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and relevant supporting functions. The Board of Commissioners oversees the direction and implementation of the Sustainable Finance Action Plan (RAKB), while the Board of Directors is responsible for incorporating sustainability considerations into the Company’s operational planning, risk management and strategic decisions.

The Corporate Secretary plays a coordinating role in the preparation of the RAKB and Sustainability Report, including information disclosure and regulatory compliance. The Finance Function supports the provision of data, analysis and performance evaluation, while Human Resources contributes to employee awareness and competency development related to sustainability. Other work units provide operational data and support according to their respective functions.

To support implementation, the Company develops internal understanding through learning activities, regulatory socialization and competency development. Sustainability-related risks and developments are also reviewed as part of the Company’s business and operational considerations, with management coordination used to determine appropriate responses.

CNKO also engages with shareholders, customers, vendors and business partners, investors, media and surrounding communities through various communication channels. This engagement helps the Company understand stakeholder expectations and supports the implementation and evaluation of its sustainability activities.
